HIIT Workout Strength

Get ready to rev up your metabolism and torch calories with our heart-pounding High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session! This exhilarating workout is designed to push your limits, boost your endurance, and sculpt your body.Location: Long Beach at Casuarina Park
Cost: 300 THB/Session
Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:00 am
For all-levels, but I do suggest always listening to your body.
Bring water and you're set! Shoes optional.


T.R.E

Discover a path to profound relaxation, stress release, and overall well-being with our TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) session. TRE is a gentle yet powerful practice that allows you to release deep-seated tension, anxiety, and the effects of accumulated stress.This session is suitable for all fitness levels and requires no prior experience.Location: Boo-Bay Villa Sala (Klong Dao)
Cost: 400 THB/Session
Dates: Mondays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm


Body + Mind

This class is all about the journey to nurture both your physical and mental well-being. To do so we employ a variety of methods and techniques designed to instill a sense of calm and groundedness, while also fostering a deeper connection with your inner self.Some of these methods include:
- Breathing Techniques
- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
- Self-Care with Massage Balls
- Guided Meditations

Energy Movement Qi-Flow

In this session we will explore gentle, yet powerful, movements inspired by Tai Chi and Qigong traditions. These movements are designed to stimulate energy pathways, or meridians, in your body, helping to release blockages and restore balance. As you synchronize your breath with graceful motions, you will cultivate a sense of inner calm, improve flexibility, and boost vitality.Location: Boo-Bay Villa Sala (Klong Dao)

How to Get to Here

Boo-Bay Villa Sala in Klong Dao | Off the main road, coming from Saladan, turn right at the Klong Dao 7-11. Make your first right by the Boo-Bay Villages and Cicada Resort signs. Follow the road to the end until you see Boo-Bay Villages. The Sala is called "Smoon" and will have a sign outside letting you know you've made it!Casuarina Park at Long Beach | Off the main road, coming from Saladan, turn right as if going to Lanta Casuarina Resort and you'll see the park on your left.
